Customer Information view
Hello, do you know a way or what file I can edit so that from the Customer Information view (right hand side), I can click on a link which will take me directly to the Customer's detail account? I would like to create the link from their email address. This way, an agent can easily get to the screen to see the complete account or make edits as necessary. Thanks for your help.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
