(CLOSED) Input old tickets with appropriate date/time

Post by morecw »

Hi all,

we have a backlog of approximately 100 old tickets in a different system which we'd like to input into OTRS as closed tickets and would like the correct date and times to be there. We don't want the current date/time to appear on them.

Is this at all possible in OTRS?

thanks

I have looked around already. Let me rephrase then. Is it possible for a non-Perl developer to use something mostly out-the-box in order to input tickets with original date/times? Even if it's manual process of inputting the tickets

No. All API code timestamps entries as now.
