Hi, i am here to ask how come is my otrs auto reply and followup not working
Details about my otrs status: currently i am using it offline which means via localhost, and i had uncheck the mx check and email address so that i am able to just create any random email for customer. my main motive is just to under how the otrs works. So what should i change in my program so that my auto reply and followup will work even if it is only within localhost.
I have another issue that is when i tried to send an email, the email will successfully get to the customer but there is an error shown up.

however when i log in the customer.pl with this customer so called "email", it can receive the message. So i am quite confuse about it. anyway the main issue is that my auto followsup and auto reply are not working

the customer portal is only showing the article. No email was sent. (email will be revceived in the customers mail client, like Outlook, Mail)
