Hi,

I modify the AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl to display some content as the customerID but instead of the customerID, how to display the Company Name?

<td NOWRAP>$QData{"CustomerID","50"}</td> <!-- add if you want to see the Company -->

You won't be able to unless you modify the code to query it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
