IMAPS gone.....all mail types gone.....WT*? [solved]

I was tonight wondering why OTRS didnt catch any incoming emails. It was working for a week now....no problems at all

Then trying to send a mail from OTRS......an error message about IMAPS and PostMaster.pm

Checking the Admin section PostMaster Email Addresses: 3 mail addresses.......and for each saying IMAPS (not installed)

Opening an account: the top dropdown for the mail type....empty...no choices available

What can have happened? How to fix it?

Just did some check with perl -cw bon/otrs.postmaster.pl

result:

postmaster.pl at line 47 is "use Kernel::System::PostMaster;"

Checking /kernel/system/Postmaster.....i can't find the mentiones Followup.pm

Disabledin the postmaster.pm at line 23 "use Kernel::System::PostMaster::FollowUp;"

Now the system is up and running again

remaining question: what for is the Followup.pm?

FollowUp:pm is need for handling folow ups to tickets (like answer from customers).

Did you try to rename FollowUp.pm.org to FollowUp.pm

Didi youu install/removed any OPMs lately?

I used an old file from one of my regular backups....and the issue was solved
