So I've searched the web for answers on this problem but I can't find anything that helps.
I can't recive surveys sent by the system, the survey module is correct setup, when I close a ticket the counter goes up but I still don't recive surveys.
Is there a way of debugging or chech error logs? I've tried multiple recipiants so I know that it isn't a junk mail setting or something. The system is correct setup, I recive the mail that the ticket is closed but not the survey.
And I can't upgrade to the lateset OTRS version, that is not an option for now.
I have OTRS 3.0.10 and Survey module 2.0.4.
