After a few days of trial error I have finally got my OTRS instance up and running with Agent/Customer Authorization from my AD in addition with Customer database backend. I'm really enjoying this setup by the way.
Nevertheless, here is my problem: I've logged in as a Customer and notice that I have a drop down menu for all the queues in which to place a ticket. Is there a way to make it so that the Customer can only a see the queues that I want them to? The reason I ask this is because I would mainly want them to place their tickets into two queues that would then later be mitigated on the administrative side w/ other queues that would belong to agents.
For example, the customer logs in and wants to place a ticket for Windows Updates not working. They click the drop down and see various choices one of them being 'Help Desk'. This queue is main the catch all and then the ticket will be moved by the Help Desk manager to the 'Security' queue where other agents can see it and then an owner is assigned from there.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

yes. create a group that isn't "users" and assign queues and agents to that group.

Or try to see here - SysConfig in Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew - CustomerPanelOwnSelection
Here you can type your own queues as Key & your own names for them as Value. You can add needed number of lines.
After that only queues (they names in dropdown) from this list will be available in customer form.
