Dears,
i'm trying to create a task with GenricAgent that allow us to create an automatic ticket weekly.
is this possible with GenricAgent (OTRS1.3.5)

no it is not possible
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
