i had installed the otrs 3.1.9 version on windows server 2008, and configured mail settings,roles and groups and all, and my ticket system is working good. now was planing to install ITSM and i today successfully installed it. now i need a help in this my requirement is i have to make a template for requesting a new desktop machine and how can i do it, i gone through the document otrs admin and itsm book also but did't get an idea where to start this stuff, can i do it in change management, if means how, Please Help me Dear all.........!!!
