Hello,
Just installed OTRS and doing first experiments, I have a bunch of questions about customer ids.
Where/how can I enable the "generate auto logins" for customers?
Does it creates a new customer account for every new email sender that opens a ticket?
Customers can view tickets opened by other customers linked to the same company?
Is there a way to automatically link customer ids to customer companies by their source email domain?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
