I wanted to know how to configure some little things in OTRS.
Here the adjustments:
- at the login interface of the customer should be an welcome text
- how can i link the cmdb to the ticket creation? (they have to select a computer, or more than one)
- a new tab in the customer area. (there is the new ticket tab, new ticket tab, ticket search tab, faq tab faq search tab. And i want to create a new one with news in the company as topic or instead of a new tab, a live ticker with news)
- remove the impact in the priority tab
- remove the decision date in the decision tab
i hope somebody can help me
