FAQ does not save full content

Hi all

Noob to the forum, asking about a small issue with FAQ.

Almost every time we create a new FAQ with text and inserted images, when we press save, the entire content of what we have added does not save.
so for example, I do an FAQ with 10 points, numbered 1-10, and 10 images, then when I press save, only points 1-4 save, and maybe 3 or four images, and the rest is discarded.
Then I have to go back in and re-do all the missing points, and again sometimes it might only save one or two points.

It appears to be something to do with the images saving as when there are no images this does not happen
It appears random, and sometimes saves more than other times.

Has anyone ever had this problem before ? .........

OTRS 3.0.12 installed on windows box.

how did you upload the images

thanks for the reply......

I click the "image" button in the menu bar, go to the upload tab, browse to the file, click ok, then "send it to the server", then ok.

All the images appear in the edit screen, and all the text, all in the correct place and looking good, then when I press "submit" half of it goes missing (aarrgghhhh )

So i assume that I am carrying out the process properly ? Is this a recognized problem ?

Where would I go to do raise a bug ?
