create a variable tag from the body of the customer email

Hi, I am looking at salutation tags. I see a list, such as - <OTRS_TICKET_*>

Our customers write from a separate webform, so their customer name is pulled from an email form and displays at the top of the body of the email:

First Name: robyn
Last Name: grozoni
Email Name: robyn.grozoni@surveysampling.com

Can I extract first name into a salutation tag? How?
