Level of Support
Just trying to implement Levels of supports but i am not able get screen as SLA management console as i have seen in the screenshot...can some help please.

Did you enable services? SLA is attached to service.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

yes crythias i have enabled it and i haven't seen the levels..do i have to install ITMS modules to have this level bse i haven't installed any ITMS modules..if so which module i need to install to have this levels...see the screenshots as below and thanks for all your help and for the fast reply always.

I'm sorry. I got confused by the picture what was missing. I thought you couldn't get SLA.
Customer<->Service mapping is handled in a different screen.

The 1st screenshot what i sent you is from an video demo of ktree because i wanted to implement levels of support, so i have install ITSM general catalog and ITSM core now. my question is how to get L2, L2A and L3 which is show in screenshot. please help
