It's hard to me understand how create custom reports. I need a help to create this kind of reports:
a) how many tickets I received in a day (all tickets: new, open and closed) from a certain customer;
b) how many tickets I received in a month (all tickets: new, open and closed) from a certain customer (ordered by service);
c) how many tickets are out-of-SLA.
How may I do?
