Hi!
I am pretty new with OTRS and would need some help. I am indeed wondering what is the difference between the raw and postmaster queues that are by default present in OTRS. My second question is: is that useful to delete the postmaster queue as have set OTRS in such a way that all the new messages go to to the raw queue.
Thank you!
Greg

Re: raw vs. postmaster
Raw, Main, Postmaster, Junk, ... they're just labels. If you change the label for the queue that is designated as the "Default" PostMaster Queue in sysconfig, you'll need to make sure you change it there.
You can't delete a queue. You can only disable or rename it.
