Wrong result in stats (ITSMChange Count Changes)

Post by mawi »

Hi,

when I launch the standard report "ITSMChange Count Changes" (comes with the ITSM package) I get a wrong result. Any ideas?

I have a test environment containing 10 changes in different states (9x requested, 1x Pending PIR) but the report looks like this:
  • Change-Status 2012
    Approved 10
    Canceled 10
    Failed 10
    In Progress 10
    Pending Approval 10
    Rejected 10
    Requested 10
    Retracted 10
    Successful 10
That looks like a missing or incorrect "group by Change State" clause in the SQL statement. I tried to resolve that using the OTRS interface but failed. I have no idea of perl programming, and am not keen on changing code I don't understand anyway.

Here the environment I'm using:
  • VirtualBox 4.1.22
  • CentOS 6.3 (Final)
  • Apache 2.2.15
  • MySql 5.1.61
  • OTRS 3.1.10 (and later 3.1.11)
  • OTRS ITSM 3.1.6
I checked on our pruductive system running on Windows as well and updated my test system to OTRS 3.1.11 - same issue on both environments.

Probably there is no need to mention that I'm new to OTRS and that any help is very much appreciated...

Thank you in advance,

Markus
