Upgrading Windows Version of OTRS 3.0.7

Hi Guys,

Just a quick check. Currently I'm running version 3.0.7. on a Windows machine. I would like to upgrade to the latest version of OTRS.
I've checked out some video's and if I understand them correctly I need to :

- Backup my OTRS setup and DB (as in copying the data to a different location)
- Uninstall my current OTRS
- Install the latest version of OTRS (don't install new DB)
- Restore my old DB
- Run the upgrade scripts 1 by 1 from version 3.0.8 till latest version
- Restore my own changes to the framework (html and stuff)

Is this correct ? (Anything i'm forgetting which will cause trouble lateron)
Any guess how much time this is going to cost me ? (I'm guessing 1 or 2 days)
