How to change ticket zoom acticle body color from background

Hi,

i'm in the process of creating a custom theme for our Company but I cannot figure out how to change the color of the acticle background. currently it's the same color as the body backgound and its very hard to see any notes or text in this area. I would like to use a grey color for easier reading but cannot seem to find the location to make this change. Any help would be appreciated.

Running OTRS 3.1.7 on Windows Server 2008 R2 with MySQL backend.
