Hello
Is it possible to eliminate the ticket type field in the customer new ticket form? How can we do that?
The Sys Config doesn`t give that possibility and if we try to edit the file "CustomerTicketMessage.dtl" by deleting the lines of code that show the Type field, the form fails when trying to send the ticket.

you need to set a hidden value in the form than. OTRS 3.2. which is planned begining of next year will have the possibility for a default value set by sysconfig and the hiding of the value
