Hi,
I am writing a tool to migrate our tickets from an old helpdesk into otrs. I have suceeded in the most part apart from the direction arrows inside the ticket for each article.
Where are these defined in the database? I have looked at two articles one that points in and one that points out and all the obvious fields: article_type_id and article_sender_type_id are all the same yet the arrows are not.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Jamie

Re: Article direction in database
It is determined whether the system (article_sender_type_id=2) or agent (1) is defined as the sender (points right) or a customer (3) is defined as the sender (points left).
