I have post this topic in spanish area but I haven't response....
I'm testing last versión of OTRS::ITSM. The most of my users fill incorrectly forms when they create tickets. We have first level agent, that fill correctly tickect, assign queues and services. In OTRS i haven't seen where can i change services in agent web interface Anyone kwon how to do it ????
