500 Internal Server Error

Dear Team,

I am getting the below error while creating a new email ticket.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

your database is not responding via network

I am using my company network. I am not getting notification to my company mail id when i have created a new ticket in OTRS.

Could you please help me, which settings i need to change to configure my company mail id in OTRS. I have searched in google also, but i am getting information for only gmail accounts.

Please help me.

read the admin manual and come back with a more specific question. Please also don't mix up 2 different issues. (mail and database) in one thread
