Error Message: Can't open file /ZZZAAuto.pm.26698!

Hello,

Im installing OTRS 3.1.11.

Im trying to configuring the Database in http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl. I'm in the step 2, after create a new database user succesfully, When I click 'Next' to go to the next screen appear this error:


Oops! An Error occurred.
Error Message: Can't open file /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm.26698!

Error Details:

When I go to the path /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/, the file ZZZAAuto.pm notexist.

appears to be a permissions issue... make sure selinux is also disabled.

Why the Files ZZZAAuto.pm and ZZAuto.pm are not installed in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files?

your webserver has no permissions to create this files. This could be an selinux issue also as already mentioned by crythias

Those files are generated by OTRS no need to install them.

Thanks, I disabled Selinux, restarted the machine and the files ZZZAAuto.pm and ZZAuto.pm were generated automatically.
But now, when i go to http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl. again, in the Step 1, the 'Next' button doesnt appear...
Why? What I have to do?
