Hi,
We need a alert to be given by the OTRS system, when a customer sends service request for specific service and he is not eligible for that service. means
For example:
A customer XYZ.com took support service from us for Citrix products. But if he sent a service request for exchange, the agent segregates this service request as exchange related and that time it should give msg/warning - the customer dont have support service for this product.
I think u understood what i want.
Pls let us know, how to configure this..in OTRS..

Services can be assigned to customer users. So if you don't assign the unwanted service to the customer he can not choose it
