All queues not visible

Hi guys. New to this forum, so please excuse me if I'm submitting a trivial question: I can't find any SysConfig parameter to let ALL my queues (not only the ones with new tickets) to be visible and fast-clickable from Tickets->QueueView.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this issue? Many Thanks
