(SOLVED) How to pre-set a custom state to 1 week from today?

Ok so I'm desperately trying to set up a response with a pre-defined state of:Pending-Autoclose+ 1 week from today.

Thanks to viewtopic.php/?f=62&t=9144# I know how to select the state.

But can anyone tell me how to pre-define the '1 week from today' to a given state?

you can set globally the pending time viewtopic.php?f=62&t=17343
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
