Hi,

For the purpose of making reports, can you please let me know, how I can I calculate the time for which each ticket was in a particular status.
For Ex: I have three status statusA, statusB, statusC
and I have two tickets in my queue ticket1 and ticket 2.
Now I need to find out, for how much time, ticket1 was in status 'statusB' and time for which ticket2 was in status 'statusB'

Kindly help

Regards

you need to analyze the ticket_history for this ticket via SQL
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
