Customer opens a ticket selecting an appropriate queue and a service , before type all the details in the text field. Is it possible to generate an automatic subject from the given data?
Example.
Customer selects the Helpdesk queue, and then Reception > Password > Reset Password from the services list. At this time, the subject shows automatically : Helpdesk > Reception > Password > Reset Password.
How to create automatic subjects from the selected options.
