Dashlet: Operators for Attributes Key

Hi,

I'm just starting with configuring Dashlets and I'm wondering if it is possible to provide comparison operators other than =.
Namely, I want to list all tickets of a specified agent the state type of which is not closed. Can I do this with some "not equal" operator ( != doesn't work), or do I have to provide an array explicitly of all state types I actually want to list?
