Several times a week the OTRS system freezes and people can't log in. We don't see anything in the logs on the servers that points to an issue.
Running "/etc/init.d/httpd restart" or "/etc/init.d/httpd graceful" will fix the issue.
Any ideas on where to start looking for the issue?
