Disable default notifications to customer
When an agent creates an email ticket there is send a default notification to the customer. I want to disable them all and create own event notifications. Is that possible?

No, that's what an email ticket is for... to send to the customer that you've created a ticket.christiaanvana wrote:When an agent creates an email ticket there is send a default notification to the customer. I want to disable them all and create own event notifications. Is that possible?

The signature will, of course, be that of the person who creates the email ticket.
The salutation ... well, it doesn't know whom you're creating the ticket for at the time of load, so I don't know how the "default" salutation makes much sense, but if it's a problem for you to type "Dear ..." I understand your frustration.
