Tickets not viewed on Dashboard

Hi it will be very helpful if someone can help me ASAP. on my dashboard non of the tickets been viewed suddenly i do no know why and i have restarted the server but still the same and also i have selected all the queues but still it is same. please help me where the problem is.

Anything in your logs? Customized dash queries? Check sysconfig...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hi crythias issue was regarding queue rw permission and i have solved myself thanks for your prompt and fast reply.
