I understand that <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL> gives the latest customer article.
When a agent1 is reassigning a ticket to another agent2, i want to have the customer's initial email that he had sent so that the agent2 need not login to the OTRS to view the ticket details.
I used <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL> when the Owner update/Ticket Move happens, but the email lists out the agent1's comments in the agent2's email rather than the customer's issue. Is there a notification tag i am missing?
