Dear All,
It would be please if some one can tell me that how can i default activate a dynamic field in phone ticket?
1. I'Ve add a Date/Time dynamic field in NewPhone Ticket
2. The dynamic field can be successfull display in NewPhone Ticket
3. Every time create a new ticket there need to tick it for activate
Dynamic Field Mandatory or Default Activate

if you want it mandatory, set it as such in the same place you enabled it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
