OTRS ID

I am unable to create a OTRS-ID using the mail id " swathi_vinjam@mahindrasatyam.com". Getting the below error.
This OTRS-ID cannot be registered. Please get in touch with our support team (support@otrs.com).

Please enable my mail id (swathi_vinjam@mahindrasatyam.com)

Hi,

for these kind of issues you should contact the vendor directly. But most likely cause is, that the email address ist already used. So try the "forgot password" functionality

Yes, I have tried forgot password also. Getting the below error

"The password for this OTRS-ID cannot be changed. Please get in touch with our support team (support@otrs.com)"

the email address checker form may not like that you have an underscore in your name, even if that appears to be RFC-okay.

Previously i have created the OTRS-ID with the same mail id (swathi_vinjam@mahindrasatyam.com). Its worked.
By mistake, i have disabled that mail id...from that time onwards am not able to create OTRS-ID for that particular id only.
