Hi All...
I just installed OTRS and am having a bit of a battle with it. When I go to reply to a test ticket, I get this (taken from the log):
[Sat Nov 24 02:03:42 2012][Error][Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::ArticleSend][2176] Impossible to send message to: jim@xxxxxr.net, .
I see there is a dot added, apparently as an addressee. Is that the problem and, if so, how do I remove that dot?

the problem is your mailserver. You are not allowed to send with the credentials (if given) or without credentials if not given

Thanks Jojo... I actually just changed email servers and now I have it all working. I tried several different things with the other server, no joy, but i just got it working so things are good.
