Attaching document to agent notification

Attaching document to agent notification

I have everything setup so that when an email is received it creates and new ticket in the IT::New Hire Queue. From there I get a notification about the ticket that has been created, however I have a new hire checklist that I want to attach to the agent notification. I already have it loaded into "Attachments" however I can only find help on attaching the document to a customer response. Any ideas?
