My auto response was working fine, but now is giving error when the user create a ticket.

I dont change anything.

please check with your mail server provider. The mail server is rejecting it

The sender has sent you an email with an improper "From" address. You should talk to the sender about crafting a proper email or it's a Phone Ticket that an agent created in a Queue that was created with a customer without an email domain.

But, when i try to send the notification with the same mail of auto response, the notification is sucessfull sending, or when i try to forward the ticket to another agent the message is received.
