I have almost 3000 items of hardware and only visualize thousand. How do I view more than 1000 items ICs without researching?

I'm using OTRS 3.1.11 and KIX4OTRS

you need to change the Perlcode of the module. But this is not suggested as the display of some thousend items takes a lot of performance (and no one will read through this ammount of items)
