Hi,
I have encountered a very strange problem. One of my queues disappeared from the queue...tickets on this queue are also not visible on the dashboard. Previously, I knew this to happen when there no open ticket on the queue, but currently even after opening the a new ticket and assigning it to the queue, it doesn't appear on the queue view and the ticket does not show up on any of my dashlets.
I have not changed any settings lately. If anybody has encountered the same problem I will appreciate your pointers. I initially thought it was the roles/groups/relationship but the queue has exactly the same access rights as other queues, which are working perfectly.

check that the queue isn't invalid
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
