I have realy odd issue about email addresses of agents.
Some of my agents (only certain users) email addresses are disappearing regularly. When an agent gets session timeout and logout from the system, their email addresses (only @domain.com part) disappear from account info so they can't get notifications etc. In this situation I need to re-enter the full email address everytime.
This is the latest version of OTRS but on the last 2 versions have same problem.
I couldn't solve the problem and it's really annoying.
Would you please help me ?

Do you use LDAP authentification with sync?

Yes. Maybe I need to check the ldap attiributes of the problematic users right ?

I just checked the attiributes and problematic user have no email address at all. I set for them and we'll see what happens on the next session timeout.

My problem is solved with filled "email address" value on ldap account.
