Hello,

How do I add additional fields in the "Application Information"?
In the screenshot you can see what's going on.
In OTRS 2.3.4 to work automatically.

you need to enable the DynamicFields also for the TicketZoom via Sysconfig

check if this are Ticket Dynamic Fields and not Article Dynamic Fields
