[CLOSE] OTRS contact list
Hi, Anyone know if you can have a list of contacts.

Care to be more specific? Because I have a list of contacts in my email client. I also have the entire customer list...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

ok, sorry, well I mean when you want to send a contact by typing the name of the user automatically dial customer who is going to send, only writing part of username, now what is the difference between customer list and contacts in email client .

Yes, I have a list of contacts in Outlook.

Yes, I was referring to the same otrs keep a contact list to not be typing the address of the client
