Hi.
I want to following,
1. Customer enter his question via Web UI.
2. Notify to Agent as "NewTicket".
3. Agent makes Response for that question.
4. Customer receive notification as "New Answer", and access to Web UI to read full text of the answer.
Can I configure for above?
It seems that making response should require customer's address
and customer may receive full text answer.
I want to avoid this for security.
