OTRS not receiving mail with Google Apps/Gmail

Hi there,

We have just moved to Google Apps, and the settings, when put into OTRS do not allow us to receive mail, but also do not produce an error. We can send mail without issue, but using POP3S, we can not receive. We have followed numerous instructions found online, but nothing works. Are we missing something obvious?

any ideas welcome.
