I have a change workflow as follow:
change: New Installation
workorder1: Install @planned_date from 9.30 to 13.30
pir1: Archive documentation @planned_date+1 from 8 to 18
pir2: Check for billing @planned_date+2 from 8 to 18
I create a template, that I use when I create the change from an RFC ticket. All is fine, but if I change planned_time when I select the template, workorder1 start shift,but pir1 and pir2 shift consequently...
Is there a way to fix the planned_time of pir1 and pir2 to 8 to 18 and update only the date ? (I need pir1 the day after workout1, all the day, and pir2 workout day +2 all the day, but workout1 can be planned at different hours).
Is there a way to update work order report by email?
The workorder1 is managed by on field technicians, I can notify them by email that a new work order is ready, but they need to change the states replying the email, to keep the workflow updated.
If not possible by email, is possible by SOAP/REST/HTTP interface?
