I'm managing my firm ServiceDesk, so I'm going to create a detailed CMDB with all Assets (PC, Phones, Cars, Mobile, etc..), but I need to link Asset to customers (my employee) to give them the possibility to check their inventory.
Now I'm, trying to solve the problem opening an RFC for every employee, with asset linked, but I'm not able to access CI linked to the RFC from the customer.pl view...
ideas?
