Could not start-up new Scheduler instance

Was will mir OTRS nur sagen?

Bei jeder Änderung in der SysConf erhalte ich folgende Einträge:

OTRS-TEST OTRS-otrs.Scheduler-420135711[4957]: [Error][main::_AutoRestart][Line:575]: Could not start-up new Scheduler instance.
OTRS-TEST OTRS-otrs.Scheduler-420135711[4960]: [Notice][/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Scheduler.pl] Scheduler Daemon start! PID 4960
OTRS-TEST OTRS-otrs.Scheduler-420135711[4960]: [Notice][main::_AutoRestart] Config.pm changed, unsafe to continue! #012Scheduler is restarting...!

***UPDATE*** Test-System 3.1.12
Es passiert beispielsweise genau dann, wenn ich auf das + Symbol unter Frontend::Admin::ModuleRegistration klicke um eine weitere Gruppe ein zu tragen.
