hello every one,
In my company some customer is re-opening the issue which is resolved.but we can't know who is doing so.
so how can we disable the "reply" button after "closed succesfully" of ticket .so no customer can re-open the same issue.if they wish , then have to raise new ticket.
Its urgent .your solution is very much valuble for me.Please give solution

yes, this is possible.
have a look at the queue follow up uptions.

i changed queue follow up option.it disable reply button from customer ticket.

there is only one version of OTRS. But there are several compnies providing you paid support
